On matchday

Villa's most vocal fans have always gathered in the Holte End, the two-tier stand at the south end, which Wikipedia calls the most renowned stand at Villa Park among home and away fans. Since 2007 the lower tier of the North Stand has been a second home end; that stand is being rebuilt and is due to be shut for the 2026–27 season.
