On matchday

On a matchday the upper tiers actually bounce when the fans get going, and dance music booms from the speakers before kick-off, UEFA's Champions Journal reports. A Feyenoord fan told the magazine that the old steel makes everything reverberate, which makes it intimidating for visiting teams. The supporters, Het Legioen, call the ground De Voetbaltempel.
