Founding members: the first 500 keep the price they join at for as long as they stay, with their number on the card.

Plans renew by themselves every month or year until you cancel – two clicks from your account, or an email. Your plan starts as soon as you pay; within 14 days you can withdraw and get all of it back. We email you a week before a yearly plan renews. Payments are handled by Stripe, our merchant of record. 18+ to buy.

Questions

The plans

Will anything I use today become paid?
No. Everything on the free list stays free for everyone, for good. The plans only add things on top.
What's the free month?
Every new account gets Groundhopper free for 30 days, with no card. We email you on day 25; on day 30 you're back on free by yourself, with everything you logged. Nothing is ever charged unless you pick a plan.
Which plan is for me?
Supporter if you log your grounds and want to see your football world in full. Groundhopper if you travel for it – it finds the matches and plans the trip. Patron if you want all of it on every Earth site, your passport printed each season and your name on the wall.
Monthly or yearly?
Monthly suits a trip: take Groundhopper for the month you travel and stop after. Yearly costs about eight months' worth, and we email you a week before it renews.
What do founding members get?
The first 500 members keep the price they join at for as long as they stay, and their founding number goes on their membership card.

Cancelling and fair play

How do I cancel?
Two clicks from your account, no reason asked – or just email us. You keep your plan to the end of the month or year you've paid for, and we confirm by email.
Can I pause over the summer?
Yes. Pause a monthly plan for up to three months; nothing is charged while it's paused.
I changed my mind.
Within 14 days of buying, withdraw from your account and get all of it back.
Will the price go up?
Not for founding members. For anyone else we'd tell you at least 30 days ahead, with a link to cancel.
And my data?
Your grounds, matches and photos are yours: download all of it, free, whatever plan you're on. We never sell it – not to clubs, not to partners, not to anyone.
Who takes the payment?
Stripe, our merchant of record: they're the seller on your receipt, handle VAT and cards, and we never see your card details. Stadium Earth is made by Vendow Studio AS in Norway.
Are there ads? Betting?
Never on the globe, and never betting. A ground's Visit tab can link to a stadium tour, a hotel nearby or a train – if we earn from a link, it says Ad – Stadium Earth earns a commission if you book right next to it.
Do I have to be 18?
To buy, yes. Everything free stays open from 13.

    A stadium tour, a hotel near the ground or a train, on a ground's Visit tab. If it earns us a commission it says Ad – Stadium Earth earns a commission if you book next to it, and the link sets no cookie of ours.
